This one-on-one Assisted Stretch session is a clothed, guided, hands-on experience designed to gently lengthen muscles, improve mobility, and release stored tension. Led by Raeya’s trained Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists, each session combines intentional movement, assisted stretching, and breathwork to support flexibility, recovery, and nervous system regulation.
